Certified Home Inspector – Oby Arnold
Oby Arnold is an ASHI certified home inspector (ACI #258645). Continual learning is one of Oby’s core values. Oby is involved in both the local ASHI Georgia chapter and in the National organization as well. He has experience as a general contractor for new homes as well as in home remodeling. Oby has also worked as a traveling commercial construction project manager. Oby enjoys working locally and pursuing his passion for helping home buyers and sellers through this important life decision. Oby is a responsible professional and a friendly home inspector who puts his clients at ease and welcomes any questions they may have throughout the inspection process. “This is your due diligence; we are here to help you understand what you want to purchase.”
A Detail-Oriented Professional with Building Experience
Oby worked in the residential commercial construction industry before he launched InspectorRx, Inc.™. He began his career working as a residential home builder, learning about how a property operates literally from the ground up. He then moved to construction project management, overseeing projects such as Home Depot re-roofing, FedEx Kinkos building, Wachovia parking lot projects, and Wells Fargo conversion program. Oby also has experience in home remodeling and enjoys using the knowledge he has accumulated throughout his career to help his clients move safely into a new home and maintain it confidently for the many years to come.
