Our realtor, Kristi Anderson (Keller WIlliams) suggested that we use Inspector Rx for our new home. We have a very quick close and Oby Arnold was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule the VERY NEXT MORNING after our offer was accepted. It's our first home purchase, and Oby was kind enough to walk me through every little detail in the house -- where critical maintenance items were located, how to turn on and off valves, where everything was located, what to pay attention to long term, etc. He was very kind and thorough, and we got our inspection report, complete with photos, that night! In addition to ALL this, the service was about $100 cheaper than the other companies in the area. I will be highly recommending Inspector Rx to ANYONE and EVERYONE in need of a quality home inspection. I'd give this 100 stars if I could. Amazing experience all around.

I’m buying a home that was built in the 80’s. Oby Arnold was recommended by a friend to do an inspection for me. This guy actually took the time to walk with me. He showed me EVERYTHING!!! Things I NEVER would have seen on my own. He even brought his own pest control person with him. PATRICK CASH. Even this guy was awesome. He checked the attic, basement, yard, and even the storage sheds on the property. He took videos and pictures. All of this was added into the price of the inspection. I was VERY VERY pleased with both guys and would highly recommend them.

Oby inspected our house when we purchased in 2017. He gave us a detailed report and he explained it to us thoroughly. He wasn't an alarmist, but a realist and he made valuable recommendations about things that would need to be reviewed before closing. A home inspector's job is protect the buyer from the seller and InspectorRx did just that. We'll use them again when we move.

I used Inspector RX for a home inspection and Obi was great. He was detailed on his inspection and did a thorough inspection on the whole house- electrical, pipes, measured humidity, crawl space and more. He also explained the issues found, very knowledgeable and professional. I truly recommend him! In response to a bad review, I need to say that the bad review was from the owner of the house being inspected- she was upset with him finding the issues... do not take that review from Cynthia- the owner- seriously.

I've worked with many inspectors over the past several years but Oby Arnold of Inspector Rx is by far the BEST!! He is knowledgeable, certified, and 100% reliable! I call Inspector Rx now for every house I sell because I know the inspection will be done right! Oby is always responsive, on time and efficient. He knows everything about houses, systems, roofs, structural issues, etc..... You can't go wrong with Inspector Rx.

This inspector broke the hood vent in my recently renovated kitchen while I was watching, then tried to blame me. His report stated the fan buttons were broken (not until he touched it) and he said the hood was old- new with Reno 2016.He also reported that the bathroom fans did not vent outside.....I was just in the attic and verified that they DO INDEED VENT THROUGH THE ROOF.If he was this careless in damaging property (and arrogant about it) in my home.....do you really want him in yours?

I spoke to a lady who answers the phone for inspector RX she was very rude on the phone so this is why we will not be using their services. We will find somebody else. If you run a business you need to have someone answering your business phone calls that is professional and has good customer service skills which she did not have.
